I have a bunch of 18 year olds that just wrapped up OYSL outdoor, is the right division ( 1 or 2)to put them in?

How does.. promotions and relegations works in Indoor sessions?
Teams that won their leagues, do they get invited to Div I? Teams that perform poorly in DIV I gets demoted to DIV II?
